Major Announcement from Eloquent Light Photography Workshops, LLC:
"It is with great pleasure that I announce that our old friend Steve Bundy has joined Eloquent Light Photography Workshops, LLC, as an official partner in our ever-growing concern. This was of course met with enthusiasm, consent and toasts among all of the parties. I am delighted. Eloquent Light has come along way from our early days with Ghost Ranch and along with Cindy Lane, I handled the advertising, the brochures, the teaching and the books. Trouble is, though it has been a lot of fun, it's also been a lot of work. Photography was/is getting squeezed and new workshops that Eloquent Light should be teaching were not being developed. I am pleased that Steve will be a part of things, to help carry the load, as it were, in terms of growing, changing, and improving our already exceptional photography workshops. Stay tuned to our 2012 schedule to see what new workshops Steve will be offering next year. You can send your congrats to Steve here."

-Craig Varjabedian, Executive Director, Eloquent Light Photography Workshops, LLC.

eloquent light workshops

First, I want to thank Craig & Cindy for this wonderful career changing opportunity, and I look forward to bringing my ideas and energy to Eloquent Light. I am also excited to be at the forefront of the expansion of the workshop offerings in 2012 which will be offering workshops outside of the New Mexico area.  Secondly, I encourage all of my readers to think about participating in one of the upcoming workshops.  Regardless of your photographic abilities, there will always be something you will come away with that makes the time well spent and enjoyable. Be it increasing your photographic skill level to developing a deeper understanding of the places and people you visit and meet during the workshop sessions. An exhibition on the occasion of New Mexico's Statehood Centennial:
Craig Varjabedian is widely acclaimed for his images capturing the people and places of the American West. While his work reveals a deep grasp of the technical aspects of the photographic process, his gift is his intuitive ability to make authentic and compelling images that illuminate the inseparable ties between identity, place, and the act of perceiving—the "landscape behind the landscape."This exhibition of 24 photographs explores the beauty and mystery of New Mexico.  Few states are as distinct from the American mainstream as New Mexico—the Land of Enchantment's flavor arises from sources that have touched no other state as strongly, nor as definitively.
